Calculator and saved data
RapidDesk Auto performs automotive finance calculations on your device. We do not operate an app account system or a server that receives your calculator entries. The app contains no advertising or analytics service.
Active, unsaved deal figures are held in app memory, not intentionally saved by the app. Preferences, rates and selected state tax presets are saved locally. Scenarios are stored locally only when you explicitly save them. A saved scenario can include its name, vehicle and financing figures, trade figures, product choices and tax settings. Avoid including customer names or other identifying information in scenario names. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use.
Local storage is not an encrypted vault. Protect your device with an appropriate passcode and follow your dealership's data-handling rules. iOS device backups may include app data. Android app backup is disabled in this version. Device operating systems, device-management tools and backup providers have their own practices; we cannot delete data from backups you or those providers control.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes payments through your platform store account under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment-card number. The app uses the platform billing service to request product prices, purchases and restoration, and to check purchase or subscription status. Purchase identifiers, tokens and store transaction information are processed on-device for this purpose. The app stores a local access record containing the plan, platform, verification time and applicable access/expiration timestamps; it does not store payment cards.
Store operators may provide the publisher with sales, financial, diagnostic or other reports under their platform agreements and your settings. We use available reports for app operation, support, accounting and legal obligations. This is separate from collecting calculator entries, which the app does not send to us.
Links, support and sharing
Opening tax-source references, subscription management, or legal links takes you to external services. Those services may receive network information such as your IP address and apply their own privacy policies. Calculator figures are not added to those links. The published legal-document host may also process request logs under its own policy. The M80AI website may use Google Analytics when enabled; that website tracking does not receive calculator figures from the app. These pages are hosted on M80AI's website using Azure Static Web Apps. Microsoft may process request and diagnostic logs under its service terms and privacy practices.
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. Do not send customer financial records or payment-card information. We use support correspondence to respond and resolve issues, and retain it only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. Support email is handled through Google Workspace. We retain support correspondence for up to 24 months after the issue is resolved, unless longer retention is needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation.
We do not sell your calculator or saved-deal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to track you across other companies' apps and websites. We may disclose information you send us when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We have no remote access to locally saved scenarios.
Your choices and deletion
You can delete saved scenarios in Saved Deals and reset preferences in Settings. Resetting preferences does not delete saved scenarios. Resetting the active deal clears its customer-specific figures. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, but copies in device backups may remain. Manage those copies through your backup provider. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; use your store's subscription settings. Apple and Google retain purchase records under their own policies and applicable law.
Contact support@m80ai.com about information you sent to support or privacy rights available where you live. We may need to verify a requester's identity and retain records required by law. We cannot retrieve, export or erase your device-only scenarios remotely.
Intended audience and changes
RapidDesk Auto is a professional automotive finance utility and is not directed to children. If you believe a child sent personal information to our support channel, contact us so we can address it.
